In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors. As one of the final touchpoints in the repair process, you’ll have the opportunity to leave customers with a lasting positive impression and help us continue building Customers for Life.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Build positive relationships and provide outstanding customer service
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with questions
- Review and process customer repair orders
- Accurately process customer payments
- Follow up on insurance payments with insurance companies
- Process accounts receivable payments
- Assist with daily deposit reconciliation
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
