The Operations Manager is accountable for profitability, development of leaders, and operational performance while ensuring standard operating procedures and system compliance in all ZAXBYS locations in the group. ZAXBYS General Manager and Operations Trainer Certification will be acquired within a set timeframe upon hiring. Salary is $52,000+ depending on experience
