Summary
The Youth Sports Coordinator will assist with overall program development of our youth sports programming. This includes, but not limited to, instructing classes, officiating youth sports games, and providing on-site leadership during practices and games. The Youth Sports Coordinator will also provide guidance to youth sports instructors, referees, and volunteers.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time variable role that predominantly supports programs that occur in the afternoons/evenings and weekends.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Preferred Education and Experience
Other applicable education, training, and experience, which provide the knowledge, abilities, and skills necessary to perform effectively in the position will be considered. Prefer knowledge of, and previous experience with, diverse populations (language, culture, race, physical activity, sexual orientation, etc.). Ability to speak any language in addition to English may be helpful.
