WHAT IS SOCCER SHOTS? Soccer Shots is the leader in youth soccer development. Our nationally recognized program offers a high-energy, fun, age-appropriate introduction to the wonderful game of soccer. Our innovative curriculum emphasizes both sports skills and character development. Our goal is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve. As we continue to grow, we are excited to expand our programming to include basketball as part of our multi-sport offerings.
THE JOB: Looking for part-time work where you can make a positive impact in your community? Become a Youth Soccer & Basketball Coach! Soccer Shots blends sports, education, and fun into high-energy 30-minute sessions for children ages 2–5 throughout Howard County. This role is soccer-focused, with opportunities to coach and support our basketball program as it continues to grow. You’ll laugh. You’ll break a sweat. And you’ll go home at the end of the day knowing that you made a difference. Coaching children will be one of the most rewarding things you ever do!

REQUIREMENTS:
Prior soccer and basketball experience is not required, experience working with children ages 2–5 years is preferred
Passion for positively impacting children’s lives through the love of sports and fitness
Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle that is insured
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to pass a background check
