At ViaQuest Residential Services, we support youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) as they build meaningful lives at home and in their communities. We're looking for a compassionate, organized leader who can guide teams, strengthen services, and help create safe, supportive environments where youth can thrive.

What You'll Do

As a Residential Youth Operations Manager, you'll provide hands-on leadership for residential programs serving IDD youth. You'll help ensure every youth receives quality supports, every team member feels equipped to succeed, and every home operates with consistency, dignity, and care.

• Lead residential supports for IDD youth Oversee the full system of supports and services for youth in residential settings
• Coach and develop teams: Lead, coach, and support staff while coordinating effective service delivery
• Strengthen service coordination: Ensure service teams are aligned, engaged, and communicating efficiently
• Manage resources responsibly: Manage program budgets and ensure responsible resource utilization
• Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance while continuously improving care standards

What You Bring

We're looking for a leader who understands the importance of person-centered support, strong communication, and steady follow-through when serving youth with IDD.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Services or a related field OR
• High School Diploma/GED with 4 additional years of I/DD or Multi-System Youth experience

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years in Residential Youth or Adult I/O Waiver services
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver's license meeting company criteria
