Students advance via adaptive applications; your role is to elevate the people supporting them.Delivering traditional classroom lectures. You operate as 80% performer, 20% content expert; if you prefer standing at a whiteboard, this role isn't the right match.Compromising standards due to external pressure from parents or administration. A 99% score means "not yet"—and you will be empowered to maintain that threshold.Spending your day in an office handling administrative tasks. The majority of your time involves direct engagement with students and Guides.Waiting extended periods for performance evaluations.
