JOB INFORMATION
This position provides leadership and administrative guidance of the following programs: Driver Education, Youth English Now, GED Options, Team Oregon Motorcycle Safety, and Youth Workforce grants. The coordinator oversees the hiring and supervision of classified staff, non-bargaining faculty, budget management, reporting requirements, student safety, program planning, and ensuring that institutional expectations are being met. In addition, as the coordinator, supports the dean in innovative approaches, community involvement, and effective communication with staff, students, community and district partners.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
One year of progressively responsible supervisory or leadership experience
One year of demonstrated experience with conflict management, code of conduct, or behavioral crisis management
One year of experience working with historically underrepresented populations, adult and teen, supplemental instructional models, student success initiatives, academic advising, early alert systems

SCHEDULE & MODALITY
Regular remote/hybrid work is not a feature of this position. At the supervisors discretion, exemptions may be made for special projects or responsibilities requiring periodic needed focus time.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary requirements are met.
