Coach to join our team! We are the #1 baseball academy on the Westside of LA for a reason!
As a Coach, you will design and lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with team administration. If you have a sports or coaching background and want to make a real difference in the lives of players, we want to hear from you! We coach players from elementary school to high school. Afterschool programs, winter, spring and summer camps, skills clinics, private training and travel ball from 8U-16U
Responsibilities - Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.
- Lead structured practices
- Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement
- Individualize practices to suit each child’s abilities
- Communicate with parents/guardians
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Assist with all administrative matters relating to the team
Qualifications- Previous experience coaching children/students is preferred
- Comfortable with speaking to and educating parents
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required
- First aid and CPR-certified a bonus
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Must Pass Background Check.
- Must pass mandatory state Mandated Reporting test.
- Must have a current TB test.
