Reqs M.S. in Bus. Admin., Real Estate Dev., or related field & 2 yrs exp. in commercial & indl. real estate projects in Mexico. Experience to incl.: Leading negotiations of prin. & ancillary agreements w. mult. sh, incl. clients &/or partners, banks, developers, buyers, & sellers under Mexican legal framework; Coord. w.
