Yardhorse Team Members' basic duties are moving trailers around the Distribution Center from one destination to another. Safe operation of Yardhorse equipment while moving trailers is a requirement. Yardhorse Team Members will be working outside dealing with elements such as rain, snow, wind, dust and heat.

Position Responsibilities:

• Moving all types of trailers (vans, flatbeds, quad-axles, etc.) around the facility to specific locations.
• Scaling all trailer types to maximize weight expectations and be within D.O.T. Requirements.
• Inspecting trailers for safe operation, proper strapping and road-worthiness.
• Cleaning and picking up the yard/trailer lots as needed, as well as the trucks

Knowledge & Experience:

• General Driving Knowledge required.
• Forklift Experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of D.O.T. general freight securement required.

Skills & Abilities:

• 10-20 pound lifting ability consistently.
• Moving around for full shift on a daily basis (sitting, standing and steps).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving skills required.
