Work Environment
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver's license required; CDL Class A preferred (or required, if applicable to your operation).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating tractor-trailers, yard trucks, or similar equipment preferred.
- Experience safely maneuvering trailers in a busy warehouse or manufacturing yard.
- Strong understanding of safe driving practices and DOT regulations (if applicable).
- Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for completing logs and trailer movements.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb in and out of equipment frequently, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record (MVR) review
