Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Yard Spotter to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for safely moving trailers within the yard to ensure efficient workflow and on-time operations.
Key Responsibilities

Transport trailers in and out of dock doors and designated yard locations

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance

Monitor and track trailer locations (empty and loaded) within the yard

Follow supervisor instructions to move trailers as needed

Attend safety meetings and follow all company safety protocols
Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of driving experience preferred
- Valid Class A CDL required

Basic mechanical knowledge (trailer issues, inspections, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (walking, bending, climbing)
