Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Yard Coordinator for our Lubbock, TX location. The Yard Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the yard and facility, including equipment check-in and check-out, inventory management, equipment cleaning, and maintaining overall yard organization. Familiarity with heavy machinery (CAT equipment) is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check in and check out equipment efficiently.
  • Capture video and photographic documentation of equipment and attachments.
  • Prepare and disseminate damage reports as required.
  • Send out damage notifications to sales, customers and service department as required
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records for machinery and attachments using M1 system.
  • Assist with tire and undercarriage inspections and maintain tire inventory data.
  • Enter relevant data into work orders.
  • Ensure yard and shop housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Operate forklift to load / unload attachments and parts
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by service manager or shop foreman.

Requirements

Personal Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and proactive individual.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Mechanical background is beneficial.

Job Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license.
