Yard Associate / Forklift Operator
Location: Westland, MI 48185
Pay: $18–$20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, or until work is completed
TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Yard Associate with at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, yard, or industrial setting. This is a long-term opportunity expected to go through at least November, with the possibility of being hired on permanently.
Responsibilities include stocking and pulling parts from the yard based on customer orders, assisting with material handling, loading and unloading, and helping production/fabricators as needed. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Requirements:
Must have forklift experience
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, yard, or industrial environment
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Must be comfortable pulling, stocking, loading, and moving materials
Must be looking for a long-term position
Must be dependable and able to work until the job is complete
Steel-toe shoes required
Attire: Work pants, shirt, and steel-toe shoes required.
