Support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional employee and guest experience while driving sales growth.
- Assist in building a high-performing team aligned with company values, including onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
- Create a welcoming store environment focused on guest satisfaction, product knowledge, and building customer loyalty through programs and effective communication.
- Maintain store appearance with visual standards, manage inventory, and support operational activities to meet KPIs.
- Ensure safety and loss prevention practices are followed.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, retail management experience, strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Must work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Salary ranges from $17.03 to $21.29 per hour based on experience. The role is interim/seasonal, supporting a collaborative and inclusive environment.
