The Social Media Content Coordinator supports organizational communication objectives through the development, coordination, and execution of digital and social media content. This role is ideal for an early-career creative professional who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a collaborative multimedia environment.
Working under the guidance of the Senior Multimedia Developer and in coordination with the video production lead, this position assists in maintaining a professional and engaging digital presence across platforms through graphic design, written content, campaign support, and multimedia coordination. The role requires a hands-on, adaptable individual capable of supporting multiple content initiatives while maintaining consistency in messaging, branding, and organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Development
Create graphics and visual assets for social media campaigns and organizational communications
Draft, edit, and format written copy for digital platforms and promotional materials
Assist in maintaining a consistent and engaging presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and other approved communication channels
Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of social media campaigns
Multimedia & Production Support
Provide production and organizational support to multimedia and video initiatives
Assist with preparation and coordination for video shoots, photography, and content collection efforts
Support post-production workflows through asset organization, formatting, and delivery coordination
Collaborate with media team members to ensure timely content delivery for campaigns and organizational priorities
Campaign & Communication Support
Translate leadership guidance and communication priorities into actionable digital content support
Assist in maintaining a consistent pipeline of graphics, messaging, and social-ready assets
Monitor social media engagement and assist in compiling basic performance metrics and reporting
Identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and digital visibility through creative content execution
Asset Management & Organization
Utilize and monitor consistency of templates, and project files for team accessibility and reuse
Ensure established brand consistency, formatting standards, and quality control across deliverables
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Foundational experience in graphic design, digital media, or content creation
Familiarity with social media platforms, campaign coordination, and digital communication trends
Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative software tools
Strong written communication, messaging, and copy-editing skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a creative production environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
Interest in photography, video production, or multimedia storytelling is highly desirable

In compliance with Colorados Equal Pay for Equal Work Act the salary for this position is $55,000 $70,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
