Siemens Healthineers is currently seeking candidates for an X-ray Technologist position that will provide support in East Greenwich, RI. This is a travel healthcare contract assignment with a high likelihood of extension and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Details

  • Location: East Greenwich, RI
  • Modality: X-ray
  • Equipment: VXue & Del at satellite site, Shimadzu & Canon at main site 
  • Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p or 8:30a-5p
  • Pay: $2,700 weekly gross (eligible for benefits)

Requirements:

  • Active ARRT certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience within your modality

About Your Role:

As a Travel X-Ray Technologist, you will deliver high-quality diagnostic radiographic services in a variety of clinical settings. You’ll work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure clear imaging, patient safety, and compassionate care throughout each procedure.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•         Perform general diagnostic X-ray exams according to physician orders and facility protocols.

•         Ensure proper patient positioning and technique to capture accurate, high-quality images.

•         Maintain a focus on patient comfort, safety, and dignity during all imaging procedures.

•         Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to support timely diagnosis and treatment.

•         Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, performing routine quality checks.

•         Comply with all radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements.

•         Adapt quickly to new environments and workflows across different healthcare facilities.
