    Job Title: X-Ray Technologist
    Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
    Department: Radiology
    Reports To: Radiology Director / Imaging Supervisor

    Position Summary:

    We are looking for a dedicated X-Ray Technologist to join our radiology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic X-ray procedures, ensuring patient safety, and working with physicians and medical staff to deliver high-quality imaging for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform diagnostic X-ray exams as requested by physicians, ensuring high-quality images.
    • Properly position patients and adjust equipment settings based on the type of exam.
    • Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
    • Follow radiation safety protocols, minimizing exposure to patients, staff, and self.
    • Maintain accurate patient records, including images, reports, and related documentation.
    • Assist in preparing patients for imaging procedures and provide education on the process.
    • Collaborate with radiologists to review images for clarity and diagnostic quality.
    • Maintain and clean X-ray equipment and ensure that it is functioning properly.
    • Assist with inventory management of imaging supplies and equipment.
    Qualifications:
    • Education:
      • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
    • Certification:
      • Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification required.
