Shift: 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the trauma level designation, if any.
Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Preferred Credentials: Fluoro Permit preferred.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Head imaging, fluoroscopy studies, Children’s Hospital experience, Carestream, and O-arm preferred. Neonate and infant experience preferred. Teaching Hospital Experience, Community Hospital Experience
Unit Details: Extremities, abdomen/GE, spine/pelvis, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal, lower extremities, upper extremities, and surgery/C-arm. Neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. Parking Cost: No fee
Shift & Scheduling: Fri - Mon. On-call 3 shifts per month. No weekends required.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Block schedule required. All lab items requested during onboarding must be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract. Candidates must be responsive and willing to complete health orders as soon as possible after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
