Join ERASTO GUTIERREZ MD INC as an X-Ray Tech/Medical Assistant in Pomona, CA, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing your skills to support both diagnostic imaging and patient management. 

 
Responsibilities: 
  • Perform X-ray imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures.
  • Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment for optimal performance.
  • Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Prepare patients for X-ray procedures by explaining the process and answering questions.
  • Administer basic medical care and assist with patient intake.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient experience.
  • Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations in the medical setting.

Requirements:
 
  • Certification as an X-Ray Technologist and/or Medical Assistant is required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of radiographic techniques and patient care protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
