The AmeriCorps VISTA member will develop and document systems that support strategic planning resource development and performance management.
The member will create tools and templates to track implementation of the strategic plan and assist in developing a framework for annual planning and retreat activities.
They will support grant research and help build grant pipelines tracking systems and proposal materials.
The VISTA will also document workflows and tools for quality improvement and performance management and synthesize best practices from regional meetings.
These efforts will strengthen internal systems and improve delivery of public health services for underserved residents.
