The AmeriCorps VISTA member will develop and document systems to support the Community Health Assessment including compiling and organizing data from multiple sources into a centralized system.
The member will create tools and processes for data management visualization and reporting including charts maps and templates.
They will draft and edit narrative summaries of findings and develop materials to support communication of results.
The VISTA will also research accreditation requirements and create tools to align CHA processes with those standards.
These efforts will strengthen data systems and improve the departments ability to identify needs and deliver services to underserved residents.
