Seeking a Wrestling Varsity Assistant Coach for a one-year, part-time position at a top-tier private school serving disadvantaged students.
Responsible for leading the wrestling program year-round to develop athletic skills, foster character, and promote success in competitions and beyond.
The season runs from November to March, with practice times Monday through Saturday, plus flexible off-season work.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, at least 1 year of successful coaching experience, knowledge of wrestling techniques and rules, and the ability to inspire and interact positively with diverse youth, especially those from lower-income backgrounds.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential. Candidates must demonstrate integrity and a commitment to student development.
