POSITION SUMMARY
To be fully engaged by aligning with Health First's (HF) Value Promise and aspirations as a wellness company in all aspects of work performed. Manage the planning, directing, and assessing all unit functions, including evaluation of patient care for the facility. Partner with manager and wound care leadership on developing, revising, and implementing policies and procedures for the Wound Care Services, establishing goals, selection of personnel, budget preparation, and cost-effective operations. Serve as clinical and professional role model to staff and assist with professional growth and career development. Oversee quality improvement activities, counseling and disciplinary actions as needed.
