DPP is seeking a Workstation Support Analyst with our client in the healthcare and insurance sector.
 
Work location: Onsite in Florence, SC.
Duration: 12 months
Terms: W2 contract
Work authorization: Candidates must be eligible to earn a low-level US security clearance.
 
Position summary:
  • Responsible for configuring, installing, and maintaining desktop software and hardware. Provides technical support and guidance to users. 
Certifications:
  • CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification is preferred 
Minimum required work experience:
  • 2 years of technical operations support experience 
Required education/equivalency:
  • Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related field;
  • OR, 2 years of job-related work experience.
