We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented Office Furniture Installation Specialist to join our team.
This is not an entry-level “just show up” position — we are looking for a true professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, dependable work habits, and excellent customer service. Our installers represent our company on every job site, so precision, communication, and integrity are essential.

What You’ll Do
  • Install, assemble, and reconfigure commercial office furniture systems (workstations, cubicles, seating, storage, conference rooms, etc.).
  • Read and interpret installation drawings, floor plans, and product specifications.
  • Ensure all installations meet quality standards: level, secure, clean, and fully functional.
  • Safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
  • Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide professional solutions.
  • Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail — you care about doing the job right.
  • Ability to read diagrams, plans, and specifications.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Professional appearance and communication skills.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
  • Steady, year-round work in a stable and growing industry.
  • Supportive team environment with opportunities to advance.
  • Respectful culture that values skill, reliability, and craftsmanship.
  • Competitive pay based on experience.
  • Overtime opportunities and potential for certifications/training.
