Title: Workplace Services Coordinator

Pay: $32.65 per hourPosition Summary
The Workplace Services Coordinator supports daily office operations by maintaining facilities, managing supplies, handling shipping and receiving, and providing general workplace support. This role requires strong customer service, hands-on maintenance experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on maintenance of office and kitchen equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
- Complete handyman tasks including hanging whiteboards and assembling or repairing furniture.
- Maintain the facility to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Order office supplies, facility equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
- Inventory and restock office supply cabinets on a weekly basis.
- Inventory and replenish kitchen pantry items, coffee, and snacks daily.
- Assist employees and manage facility-related work orders through the online ticketing system.
- Support Shipping & Receiving operations, including mail delivery and processing UPS, FedEx, and US Government Client shipments.
- Assist with setup, teardown, and cleanup for meetings and company events.
- Maintain Workplace Services storage areas and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors, building engineers, and property management.
- Collaborate with Workplace Services management and team members across the organization.
- Provide support for workplace-related projects throughout the enterprise.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in a large office environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move carts weighing over 100 lbs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with building repairs, modifications, and modular furniture.
- Detail-oriented with a neat and professional appearance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
