About the Role

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Sr. Coordinator, you will be a pivotal member of the Workplace Experience function, dedicated to delivering a world-class customer service experience to all employees and guests within a designated building. This role is at the forefront of creating a welcoming, efficient, and productive environment, acting as a cultural ambassador and service leader.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, greeting them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Manage visitor and parking pass issuance, ensuring strict adherence to security protocols, and escort guests to their proper locations. Answer telephones professionally, making a memorable first impression.
  • Provide comprehensive support for the team, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and ensuring equipment care. Handle janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed, addressing issues with vendors or staff promptly.
  • Proactively recognize and solve typical and atypical problems within your work area, evaluating and selecting solutions from established options without immediate supervisory approval. Escalate inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers to appropriate parties when necessary.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and video conference calls. Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors.
  • Create customized client materials that consistently follow brand guidelines. Strictly follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals in the building.
  • Maintain office amenities and ensure common areas are well-organized and presentable.
  • Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.
  • Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED with 3-5 years of job-related experience.
  • An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
  • Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
  • Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
