Client Overview:
Our client is a tech company in Los Angeles looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations for the Culver City office.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$35/hr - $40/hr

Position Overview:
The Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Culver City office. This person will manage an office of up to 175 employees and assist with a variety of responsibilities. The ideal candidate will need to have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, and work well independently.

Responsibilities of the Workplace Experience Manager:
  • The Workplace Experience Manager will demonstrate a strong hospitality focus across a wide array of services such as employee and guest arrival experience, office communications, food and beverage, facilities, health and safety, engagement, and space planning.
  • Plan and execute a variety of events to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain effective relationships with senior business leaders and teams across the organization.
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships and address service concerns through timely feedback and performance reviews.
  • Partner with building management and parking to address any employee needs.
  • Any other ad hoc projects as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Workplace Experience Manager:
  • The Workplace Experience Manager will have 3 - 5 years of related work experience within the tech space.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong team player with experience working with all levels of leadership.
  • Experience managing team members and external vendors.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
