Workplace Experience & Facilities Coordinator

Job Description Summary

The Workplace Experience & Facilities Coordinator is a key member of the onsite Cushman & Wakefield account team, responsible for delivering a seamless workplace experience while ensuring efficient facility operations and maintenance. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees and the client Facility Manager, supporting both customer engagement and technical / vendor coordination.

Job Description

Workplace Experience & Customer Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors
  • Provide high-touch support, wayfinding, and workplace guidance
  • Build relationships with employees and cross-functional partners
  • Troubleshoot workplace issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Educate employees on workplace tools, policies, and space usage
  • Capture and communicate employee feedback (voice of customer)
  • Support event requests, set up, and takedown

Space Readiness & Workplace Operations

  • Ensure daily readiness of workspaces and conference rooms
  • Conduct walkthroughs to identify issues
  • Submit work orders proactively
  • Maintain a professional and organized workspace environment

Facilities Coordination & Maintenance Operations

  • Oversee daily maintenance activities for quality assurance
  • Receive, assess, and prioritize work orders
  • Schedule repairs and coordinate vendors, including management of vendors
  • Maintain the CMMS system to ensure accurate information on assets and maintenance, and manage accurate and timely closure of work orders. 
  • Support purchase orders and staying compliant with purchasing policies 

Inspection, Safety & Preventative Maintenance

  • Conduct safety and quality inspections
  • Perform monthly building inspections
  • Support preventative maintenance programs
  • Ensure vendor compliance with safety standards

Continuous Improvement

  • Follow escalation protocols
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Maintain proactive and service-oriented approach

Key Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Technical understanding of building systems
  • Problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS systems

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant technical certification
  • 3–5+ years of related experience in facilities or workplace services
  • Knowledge of building systems and operations

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $28.90 - $34.00
