Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.Job Title: Workplace Experience CoordinatorJob Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)Job Duration: 1 MonthSchedule: Mon Fri, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)Job Description:Role Summary Deliver a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building Part of the Workplace Experience function, focused on client and visitor supportKey Responsibilities Serve as first point of contact for all facility visitors; greet with a welcoming demeanor Issue visitor and parking passes; follow security protocols Answer telephones professionally; create presentations and speak to groups Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders as needed Coordinate workplace services including mail, office supplies, and onboarding Address inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers; provide solutions professionally Organize and manage on-site events (secure space, set up/tear down, deliver supplies) Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures; notify appropriate parties for safety Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace Explain detailed/complex information within the team; follow manager s directions Perform clearly defined duties using existing procedures to solve straightforward problems Reset chairs, wipe surfaces, and assist with general office upkeepQualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: Up to 2 years of job-related experience Skills: Ability to follow basic work routines and standards Communication skills for straightforward information exchange Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong organizational skills with inquisitive mindset Interview Process: 1 2 virtual interviewsMetasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
