Job Title: Workplace Experience Coordinator Job Location: Palo Alto, CA (Onsite) Job Duration: 2+ Months (Potential for extension or conversion) Schedule: MF, 8 AM 5 PM Job Description: Summary As a client Workplace Experience Coordinator, youll deliver world-class customer service to employees and guests. Youll manage events, communications, and workplace services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities Serve as first point of contact for visitors; greet with professionalism, issue passes, and follow security protocols Answer phones professionally; create presentations and speak to groups Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities Manage janitorial/maintenance work orders; coordinate workplace services (mail, supplies, onboarding) Handle inquiries/complaints with customer service solutions Organize and manage on-site events (space booking, set-up/tear-down, supplies) Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures; notify appropriate parties Coordinate with vendors supplying goods/services Communicate detailed information within the team; follow managers directions Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: 35 years preferred; minimum up to 2 years job-related experience acceptable Must-Have Skills: Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Facility coordinator experience Soft Skills: Customer service orientation Software Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic computer skills CMMS experience (plus) Interview Process 2 rounds (virtual via Teams) Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
