Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Workforce Transition Coordinator supports adult learners in progressing from GED and advanced ESL programs into higher education, workforce training, or employment opportunities. This role is responsible for coordinating classes, recruiting participants, and managing instructional placements while fostering college partnerships that align education with career pathways. Contributes in the development of departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)'s and collaborates to coordinate professional development sessions. This is a grant-funded position.
