Field Sales ManagerWorkForce Software, a division of ADP, is hiring a Field Sales Manager to grow market share for cloud-based human resources solutions to prospects with 1,000-3,000 employees within a defined territory.ResponsibilitiesGrow our business and your own: achieve or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.Develop an annual business plan and Account Plan documents, maintain prospect reports, and drive sales activities.Conduct market research, build prospect sources via mailings, seminars, and sales automation tools, and target competitive prospects.Collaborate daily with internal and global enterprise accounts teams; act as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador.Required Qualifications5 or more years of enterprise-level sales experience.A college degree is preferred but not required; prior experience in military or related teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through is acceptable.Preferred QualificationsIndustry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP's competitors.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more.Compensation: USD $76,400.00 - USD $152,000.00 per year, plus potential bonus, equity, commissions.
