The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting WFM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SAP and SuccessFactors to optimize HR and payroll processes.Key Responsibilities:Implementation and configuration of Workforce Management (WFM) solutions.Analyze business requirements and design WFM solutions that align with organizational goals.Ensure seamless integration with SAP HCM (Time Management, Payroll) and SuccessFactors Employee Central.Design and manage real-time and batch integrations between ADP WFM, SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors.Work with APIs, middleware (such as SAP Integration Suite or Dell Boomi), and file-based interfaces.Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data consistency across systems.Configure scheduling, time tracking, attendance, and leave management in WFM.Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and company policies.Support time evaluation and payroll integration within SAP.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in WFM software implementation, support, and integration.Strong expertise in WFM, integrating WFM with SAP HCM (Time & Payroll).Deep understanding of time tracking, scheduling, absence management, and compliance rules.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system and integration issues.Experience with cloud-based WFM solutions.Experience in US Payroll.Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type ContractJob function Other, Consulting, and Information TechnologyIndustries Information Services and Technology, Information and MediaReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Yochana by 2xNote: This job posting is active.
