CGS is seeking a skilled Workforce Developer WD - Senior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client.

Skills and attributes for success Identify learning needs coordinate training track workforce skills and support employee development through mentoring and upskilling initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.

Develop documentation reports and deliverables supporting missionobjectives.

Support continuous improvement compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications Minimum of Over 10 years of relevant experience.

Active DoD Top SecretSCI.
