Join a dynamic team in Kansas City, MO, in a full-time capacity to design and optimize automated business processes. Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to enhance workflow efficiency using a generic technology platform. This role involves utilizing various technologies to implement and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize technical business process flows using a generic technology platform.
- Translate functional and process requirements into technical workflows and user interactions.
- Design, test, and implement solutions into production environments.
- Mentor team members in industry best practices for developing workflows.
- Develop and implement process improvements and support systems maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline with at least 5 years of experience in a technical role.
- Practical experience as a developer/architect with expertise in financial services operations.
- Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end architectures that enhance operations and compliance.
- Strong experience with incident, case, problem, change, and request management.
- Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical designs and workflows.
