Partner with the Worker’s Compensation team to manage cases from initial appointment to patient release, including scheduling, authorizations, communication with providers, employers, and case managers.
Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, ensuring documentation accuracy, following up on missed visits, obtaining treatment authorizations, and updating all parties daily.
Qualifications: high school diploma or GED, experience with computers and Microsoft Office; preferred: healthcare certification (LPN, RN, etc.), EMR experience (especially EPIC), and relevant healthcare experience.
