A bit about us:

We are working with a successful boutique workers' compensation defense law firm in California that is seeking multiple Associates to join the team!

Location: 100% REMOTE (can live anywhere but must be barred in CA)
Base Salary Range: $100k-$250k/year based on experience + bonus (bonuses paid out quarterly AND annually!)
Billable Hour Requirement: 180-220/month (depends on level of experience)

Job Details

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense. Must have some experience taking depositions, trial experience not required but preferred for senior-level candidates! Each Attorney has a dedicated Paralegal and/or Legal Assistant; full caseload for candidates to come in with!

Requirements:
  • Must be barred in CA (can live anywhere in the US)
  • Must have at least 1+ year of workers' compensation experience
