| Job Description |
What you will be doing:- Handle assigned workers' compensation cases end-to-end
- Appear at hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
- Conduct legal research and case preparation
- Communicate with clients, claims adjusters, and opposing counsel
- Assist senior attorneys with complex litigation matters
- Ensure compliance with California workers' compensation regulations
Experience you will need:- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Active California Bar license (required)
- 2–5 years of workers' compensation or litigation experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
