About the Role
We are seeking a bilingual Workers' Compensation Coordinator to join our team in Irvine, CA. This position is responsible for managing workers' compensation claims and serving as the main point of contact for branch offices, injured employees, and insurance partners. Hybrid work options may be available after training.

Responsibilities:

• Manage workers' compensation claims from intake through closure
• Investigate claims and gather supporting documentation
• Coordinate with branch offices, supervisors, and insurance representatives
• Schedule medical appointments and communicate claim updates
• Assist with return-to-work and modified duty programs
• Maintain accurate claim records and reports
• Support Risk Management and Safety initiatives

Must Haves:

• 2+ years of workers' compensation or claims handling experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with WCCMS or other claims management systems preferred
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range of $50,000-$52,000/year depending on experience
