Required Qualifications - Claim Representative (Level 3): Experience in Workers' Compensation claim handling required The expectation is that candidates have experience managing lost time claims and handling the full claim lifecycle from initiation through resolution. Independent decision makers while handling complex lost-time claims. End-to-end Workers’ Compensation Claims handling. Outstanding interpersonal skills Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated a consistent high level of performance and achievement over a career span Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesPreferred Qualifications: California Workers' Compensation (WC) experience is a huge advantage for this role. Applicant must be open to handling California state claims, and training will be provided as needed.Hiring timeline:Our goal is to extend offers for the remaining 10 openings by June 5 to support a June 29 start date. Given this timeline, we are looking to move as efficiently as possible through the interview and selection process.Interview observations and alignment:As interviews have progressed, the team has incorporated more targeted questions to better differentiate between candidates with full file ownership and those with more support-based experience. The primary need continues to be candidates who can independently manage claims with limited onboarding support.Role Overview:This position can be filled as a Claim Representative or Sr. Claim Representative based on experience. The Workers’ Compensation Claim / Sr. Claim Representative is accountable for planning, recommending, and executing the investigation of workers’ compensation claims. Our dynamic team of claim professionals provide superb customer service with the valuation, disposition and settlement of worker compensation claims while consistently adhering to our corporate claim settlement policies.
