The Workday Technology Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing Workday systems to support business processes within the financial services industry. This position requires a strong understanding of Workday configurations and integrations to ensure seamless functionality and alignment with organizational goals.

Description
- Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday modules to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements and develop solutions.
- Manage and troubleshoot Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Workday configurations and processes.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders on Workday functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in system configurations.
- Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates or enhancements.
- Train and support end-users to maximize the effectiveness of Workday technology.

Must haves
- Strong core Workday Financials and Workday Adpative Planning experience
- Should be comfortable with the majority of these functional areas within Workday: Customer Accounts, Supplier Accounts, Business Assets, Expenses (T&E), Financial Close in the General Ledger, Project Accounting & Billing, Procurement, Banking & Settlement.
- Strong communication experience with senior stakeholders, collaborating with several departments
