Workday Systems Analyst (USA ONLY)
Location: Remote - Denver, CO preferred

Compensation - $80,000-$120,000
Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Workday professional with expertise in HCM / Financial Reporting, Security, Absence, Payroll, and Recruiting. Preferred experience with Prism Analytics, and Adaptive Planning is a plus. This position will support multiple Workday modules, including reporting, security, and configuration in Modules Absence, Recruiting, Payroll, and HCM.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting, Analytics & Data Integrity
- Design, build, and maintain accurate and reliable Workday reports across Financial and HCM domains.
- Create various Workday reports, including advanced, composite, and matrix reports, ensuring correct data sources, calculated fields, and business logic.
- Perform EIB loads for both Financial and HCM data, including validation, error resolution, and audit support.
- Conduct regular data audits and reconciliations to ensure reporting accuracy and prevent incorrect or misleading data.
- Support Workday Financial Reporting, with a strong understanding of how financial and HCM data intersect.
- Leverage Workday Prism Analytics and Adaptive Planning (preferred) to enhance reporting and analytical capabilities.
- Ensure all reports deliver consistent, accurate results aligned with business requirements.
- Support data integrations with other systems (Domo, Findd, Visitt) through RaaS, scheduled reporting, and APIs.
System Configuration and Security
- Provide functional support across Workday modules, with strong emphasis on HCM, Absence, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Financial Reporting, HCM Reporting, and Security
- Configure and maintain security roles and role-based access to ensure proper data visibility and compliance.
- Support Workday integrations and EIB inbound/outbound data flows, including troubleshooting and testing.
- Assist with Workday semi-annual release activities, including testing, validation, and impact assessment.
User Support & Collaboration
End-User & Transactional Support (Secondary)
Respond to routine Workday support requests in a timely manner, including:
- Password resets
- HCM transactional corrections
- Data updates and basic system inquiries
- Access updates
- Reporting inquiries
Ensure service-level expectations are met while prioritizing higher-complexity analyst work.
Required Qualifications
- Strong, hands-on experience with Workday Financials and Workday HCM (both required).
- High level of expertise in Workday Reporting, including advanced, composite, and matrix reports.
- Proven ability to validate data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure reporting accuracy at all times.
- Experience with EIB loads, data audits, and cross-functional reporting.
- Solid understanding of Workday Security, Absence, Payroll, and Recruiting.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
