We are seeking an experienced Workday Senior System Architect to support enterprise HR technology initiatives and drive scalable Workday solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do
Partner with Business & Technical Teams
  • Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and Workday experts on system design decisions and process improvements
  • Translate HR and business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Provide guidance on user experience, workflow optimization, and issue resolution
Lead Workday Solution Architecture
  • Design and implement enterprise-level Workday solutions across multiple modules
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Workday architecture, configuration, and best practices
  • Develop end-to-end process solutions aligned with organizational goals
Drive Technical Excellence
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday functional and technical issues
  • Lead process enhancement initiatives and recommend system optimizations
  • Ensure solutions support enterprise-wide scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency
Support Continuous Improvement
  • Stay current on Workday releases, enhancements, and emerging HR technology trends
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and user experience
  • Support Agile, iterative, and waterfall project delivery methodologies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Workday Certified Professional required
  • 10+ years of recent Workday experience supporting global HR organizations
  • Deep expertise with Workday modules including:
    • Core HCM
    • Security
    • Advanced Compensation
    • Benefits
    • Talent
    • Payroll
Preferred Experience
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and enterprise HR systems
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong understanding of Workday architecture, configuration, and system logic
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional global teams
  • Familiarity with AI technologies is a plus
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
