Insight Global is seeking a Workday Senior Architect who is to join the ERP Sustainment Team. This Workday Senior Architect will be specializing in Finance and Payroll and will serve as the domain technical expert for Workday product management and optimization, specifically within Payroll, Finance, Grants Accounting, and Budgeting, to deliver scalable solutions and improve business processes. This role requires 8+ years of strong Workday technical experience, and 1+ full year in a Workday deployment involving FIN, Payroll (US), Strategic Sourcing, Adaptive Planning, or Scheduling. The Senior Architect will collaborate closely with Finance, Payroll, IT, HR, and other stakeholders to optimize Workday functionality and lead product management and release planning. Hands-on experience configuring 2+ Workday Modules within: Financial Management, Payroll (US), Adaptive Planning, Strategic Sourcing is also required. More responsibilities include providing production support for bulk data uploads (reporting, EIB's, security role assignments), developing knowledge base articles, creating SOP documentation, and developing system improvements. Strong experience training within Workday in the FIN and Payroll Modules to business and end users is important. This Architect must be willing to travel onsite to Richmond, Virginia, twice each quarter. The salary range for this role is $88,109-$137,685.50, depending on experience.

Skills and Requirements
8+ years of strong Workday technical experience, and 1+ full year in a Workday deployment involving FIN, Payroll (US), Strategic Sourcing, Adaptive Planning, or Scheduling.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
Workday Professional Certification in 1+ Workday domains, including: Financial Management, Payroll (US), Adaptive Planning, Grants.
Hands-on experience configuring 2+ Workday Modules within: Financial Management, Payroll (US), Adaptive Planning, Strategic Sourcing.
Strong experience training within Workday in the FIN and Payroll Modules to business and end users and documentation development
Troubleshooting and configuring integrations for FIN and Payroll modules
Proven expertise in analyzing and optimizing business system processes, along with release planning
Experience working with relational databases, dashboards, spreadsheets and FIN/Payroll tools
Experience providing production support for bulk data uploads (EIB's), reporting, creating SOP documentation, and developing knowledge base articles
Strong communication and leadership skills
Must be willing to travel onsite to Richmond, Virginia, twice each quarter Experience within higher education
Experience with Workday Security Administration null
