Job Summary:
• Join our team as a Workday Scheduling Consultant on a part-time, remote contract basis.
• You'll play a pivotal role in evaluating and optimizing scheduling structures for our client, aligning them with new regional strategies.
• Leverage your expertise in scheduling technologies to drive successful implementation and rollout.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and assess current scheduling organizational setup.
• Recommend optimal scheduling design aligned with regional reorganization.
• Support testing and validation processes.
• Facilitate production rollout of scheduling changes.
• Provide expert guidance throughout the implementation phase.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in scheduling technologies.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and recommend scheduling designs.
• Experience in supporting testing and validation processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams remotely.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
