    We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Integration Practice Manager with deep expertise in Workday Student and Workday Platform integrations. This role leads a high-performing team of Integrations and Reporting consultants, partners closely with Sales and Delivery, and champions company initiatives while delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions.     Key Responsibilities

    Practice Leadership & Delivery

    • Lead and manage an integration practice of approximately 20 integrations and reporting consultants, including onshore and offshore resources.
    • Own delivery quality, utilization, capacity planning, and continuous improvement for Student and Platform integrations Consultants.
    • Oversee architecture, design, build, test, and deployment of complex Workday integrations, ensuring best practices and scalability.
    • Design creative, fit-for-purpose integration solutions that address customer challenges while aligning to Workday standards.
    • Build and maintain reusable assets/accelerators and best practice‑ guides for Student & Platform integrations, while aligning to Workday standards and ensuring consistency across programs.

    People Management & Coaching

    • Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback, career planning, and skills development.
    • Provide hands-on mentorship and guidance to Solution Managers to develop their leadership skills
    • Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on accountability, growth, and delivery excellence.
    • Recruit, onboard, and retain top integration talent.
    • Manage team performance, resourcing and succession planning.

    Sales & Pre-Sales Support

    • Serve as a subject-matter expert during sales pursuits, including delivering oral presentations, solution walk-throughs, and executive-level discussions.
    • Partner with Sales to shape integration strategy, estimates, staffing models, and statements of work.
    • Contribute to win strategies by articulating value, differentiation, and risk mitigation.

    Offshore & Global Delivery Model

    • Effectively manage and scale an offshore delivery model, optimizing cost, quality, and velocity.
    • Establish an operational model with clear governance, communication rhythms, and quality controls across geographies.

    Customer Engagement

    • Capable of acting as a Technical Manager, specializing in integration, conversion, reporting, and security for medium to large enterprise projects.
    • Demonstrate professionalism and empathy with customer challenges, act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders.
    • Ensure proactive communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout engagements.

    Strategy & Enablement

    • Champion company directions and initiatives, translating strategy into practice execution.
    • Develop reusable assets, standards, accelerators, and training for Student and Platform integrations.
    • Stay current with Workday releases and roadmap; guide the practice on adoption and impacts.

    Required Qualifications

    • Expert-level experience with Workday Student and Workday Platform integrations.
    • Demonstrates proficiency in Workday data architecture, including conversion processes, reporting capabilities, and security protocols.
    • Proven success in managing a team of ~20 integration consultants.
    • Strong background in integration architecture (e.g., EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs, middleware).
    • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop technical consultants of all levels.
    • Experience operating within an offshore/global delivery model.
    • Comfortable delivering oral presentations and leading discussions during sales pursuits.
    • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and executive presence.
    • Customer-first mindset with the ability to empathize and solve complex challenges creatively.
    • Ability to influence, lead change, and champion company initiatives.

    Preferred

    • Prior Workday partner or large enterprise consulting experience.
    • Experience with higher education implementations and Student domain integrations.
    • Relevant Workday certifications.

    Travel

    • Ability to travel up to 40% as required.
