We're seeking a Workday HCM Lead Consultant to provide post-production and AMS case support across multiple customers. This role is ideal for an experienced, certified Workday professional who enjoys solving complex functional challenges and supporting a diverse client base in an ongoing managed services environment.
Provide expert-level support across Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits modules.
Manage and resolve AMS/post-production tickets, ensuring timely and high-quality issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal and client-side teams to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
Troubleshoot system issues, recommend best practices, and document configuration updates.
Support ongoing improvements and provide knowledge transfer to clients as needed.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders across multiple accounts.
Workday Certified in HCM (required); Advanced Compensation and/or Benefits certifications highly preferred.
5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience, including configuration and production support.
Proven experience supporting multiple customers in a post-production or AMS environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple clients.
