Overview
We are seeking a skilled Workday Consultant with Job Architecture experience to support the design, configuration, and optimization of our job framework within Workday. This role is critical to ensuring that our job catalog, job levels, and organizational structures align with our talent strategy, compensation philosophy, and business operations.
- Lead the design and configuration of job architecture components in Workday, including job profiles, job families, job levels, and position management.
- Partner with HR, Compensation, and Talent teams to align the job framework with career paths, compensation bands, and organizational needs.
- Configure and update Workday HCM modules related to job profiles and structures.
- Support data governance by ensuring job catalog data is accurate, standardized, and aligned with global requirements.
- Collaborate on reporting and analytics to support job architecture initiatives and decision-making.
- Develop documentation, job aids, and training materials to support change adoption and system usage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues or gaps related to job structures and related business processes.
- Provide project management support for job architecture initiatives, including timelines, milestones, and stakeholder engagement.
- 3–5+ years of Workday HCM configuration experience , with a strong focus on Job Profiles and Position Management.
- Direct experience with job catalog design and job leveling frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Workday security, business processes, and reporting.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Compensation, Talent, and HR Operations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with Workday Compensation or Talent & Performance modules.
- Knowledge of career frameworks, competency models, or organizational design.
- Workday certification(s) in HCM, Compensation, or other relevant areas.
- Previous experience supporting global organizations or large-scale HR transformations.
